## Use rendezvous in context

Rendezvous names an arranged meeting or its meeting place. It appears in travel accounts, adventure narration, and historical descriptions of coordinated journeys. A clear reading should establish who is meeting and where, so the listener can follow the arrangement without confusing the meeting itself with the destination of the larger trip.

1. The harbor was the agreed rendezvous for the two boats.
2. We chose the station cafe as our rendezvous before the walk.
