Which file should you download?
The download button detects your system. On a Mac it offers the Apple Silicon build or the Intel build. On a Windows PC it offers the Windows installer. If detection is wrong or unavailable, use the direct links on this page.
Apple Silicon means a Mac with an M-series chip. Intel means a Mac with an Intel processor. Windows means a 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 PC. The app is the same product on each platform, but the Mac and Windows builds do not share an installer.
| Your computer | Download |
|---|---|
| Mac with Apple Silicon (M1 or later) | Apple Silicon build |
| Mac with an Intel processor | Intel Mac build |
| Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit | Windows installer (beta) |

What is the same on Mac and Windows
Price and licence
Pro is $49 once on both platforms. A licence activates on one computer at a time, and the same key works on Mac or Windows.
Local generation
Speech generation runs on your computer after setup. Your scripts and generated audio are not uploaded to a cloud voice service for generation.
Kokoro
Both builds include Kokoro for basic narration. It works offline from the first launch.
Cloning and Voice Design
Both builds can clone from a reference clip and design a voice from a description with compatible optional models.
WAV export
Both builds export WAV, which works in most editors and publishing tools.
Refund policy
Both purchases include the same 7-day refund window.

What the Windows beta adds
The Windows beta gives you the core local workflow on a PC: a single script, model and voice selection, reference audio for cloning, Voice Design prompts, speed control, and WAV export. It is a good fit if your production machine is a Windows PC and you mainly need script-to-file generation.
It is a beta, so treat it as an early build. Projects, the batch queue, community voice browsing, CLI and MCP, MDM, M4A export, and automatic updates are not there yet. Fish S2 Pro is marked Coming soon on Windows.

Moving between a Mac and a PC
A licence covers one active computer. To move it, release the activation on the old computer and activate the key on the new one. If you need both computers active at the same time, buy a licence for each or a team licence for the number you use.
Project files are not shared between the Mac and Windows builds. The Windows beta works with a single script, so move the text rather than expecting a Mac project to open on Windows.
FAQ
Common questions
