Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Murmur. If it does not work for your use case, we offer a straightforward refund process.

1. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If Murmur does not meet your expectations or does not work well on your hardware, you are entitled to a complete refund.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
  • The purchase must have been made through our official sales channel (Dodo Payments)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can:

  • Email us at tarunyadav9761@gmail.com with your order number or the email used for purchase
  • Contact Dodo Payments directly through their customer portal

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days.

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use Murmur. Any audio files you generated prior to the refund remain yours.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of:

  • Requests made after the 7-day refund window
  • Evidence of fraud or abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us or Dodo Payments
