Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date, no questions asked. If Murmur does not meet your expectations or does not work well on your hardware, you are entitled to a complete refund.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

• Your request must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date
• The purchase must have been made through one of our official sales channels (Polar or Gumroad)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at tarunyadav9761@gmail.com with your order number or the email used for purchase. We'll coordinate the refund with the provider you used at checkout.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are processed through the payment provider you purchased from (Polar, our current merchant of record, or Gumroad for legacy purchases). Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5-10 business days.

5. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use Murmur. Any audio files you generated prior to the refund remain yours.

6. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in cases of:

• Requests made after the 7-day refund window
• Evidence of fraud or abuse (e.g., repeated purchase-and-refund cycles)
• Chargebacks filed without first contacting us
